My Professional History
I opened my first chiropractic office in downtown Orlando, FL in 1999. From the beginning, I chose to practice Upper-cervical chiropractic (NUCCA, Grostic Adjustment, Atlas Orthogonal, Orthospinology). I have enjoyed engaging with patients, relieving their pain, and improving their health with this unique approach over the years. You can read a few of their reviews here.
In my 20 years of practice, I have also learned quite a bit about the various stresses we all face. And to some extent, I believe much of this stress could be resolved by making a few lifestyle adjustments.
My Interests
While I love writing and seeing patients, they are not the most important things in my life. That position belongs to my family. I have been married to my wife, Katina, for 20 years. We have three sons and live just outside Orlando, FL. In my free time, I enjoy reading, working-out, surfing, and watching Gator football.
